WHAT I’M WORKING ON NOW

BOOKS -at the Heart of Romantic Fiction

JUST ONE LOOK

After the loss of his son, P.I. Colby Monroe swore he’d never take a case involving a child. On the verge of losing the agency he and his father-in-law built, he’s forced to search for the child popular young-adult author Sarah Richardson gave up for adoption as a teen. He doesn’t care for his client, her over-protective twin sister Samantha, or the fact that he has to find the child in 30 days or he doesn’t get paid. That is, until he learns the reason for the tight timeline. He has to find Sarah’s child in 30 days or less so he can fulfill her desire to take Just One Look at her daughter's face before she
goes blind.

FOR HER OWN GOOD-
Three things fiery, outspoken Dr. Liz Martin is passionate about are her pediatric practice, her precocious 6-year-old niece she’s raising, and the long-lost sister she’s searching for. There’s little roomy for anything else in her life. Dr. Maximillian William Randolph III believes medicine is a very serious business in which there is no room for emotion or sentiment. It’s a philosophy he follows in life and in the new position as administrator at the hospital where Liz works. The flamboyant lady doctor has met her match in the hospital’s new by-the-book administrator. Their stormy professional battles escalate while they fight their explosive physical attraction. When forced to choose between protecting the hospital or her, Max’s decision puts Liz’s career and even her life at risk. Can he convince her that everything he does is For Her Own Good?
  RIPPED FROM THE PAGES-
Mystery author Nikki Carson was in trouble and needed help. So Mike Slade, the 1940's detective she wrote about in her novels, stepped from the pages of her books and into her life. When he stayed in 2012 Chicago to protect her from the group who wanted the take the building she owned, the jazz club it housed and even her life, she finds he's more man and "alive" than she'd ever dreamed.

RAGS TO RICHES-
Appearances are deceiving. An unusual proposition from ruthless attorney, Campbell Knight, turns Grace Rayburn, one of the faceless homeless people he ignored every day, into the fashion world’s newest star. Campbell can’t understand why, with the world at her feet, Grace isn’t happy and insists on giving her loyalty to her street “family.” Looking beyond the surface, he finds she’s far richer than he. Soon she holds in her hands the one thing everyone was sure he didn’t possess...his heart.

And there are so many more stories to tell.....
